Who we are

Xtrack makes a motion sensor for gym training and is managed by TIA LLC in Alexandria, Egypt. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you pre-order:

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Your delivery address: governorate, area, street, building, floor and apartment.
• Your order: price, shipping, total, payment method and order status.
• If you pay by InstaPay, the screenshot of your transfer.
• Your answers to "How do you train?" and "What do you currently use to track your lifts?", if you give them.
• The language of the page, the website that sent you here (if your browser shares it), and the time.

When you ask to hear about the swim tracker: your email address only.

We don't collect your IP address or device details, and we don't track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

• To process your order: confirm it by phone, check your payment, and deliver it.
• To email you about your order, and about the products you asked to hear about.
• To understand who uses Xtrack and what they use today, so we build the right thing.

Where it's stored

Orders and contact details are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Payment screenshots are stored privately in Cloudflare's file storage and are never public. Cloudflare may store data on servers outside Egypt.

Order emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which receives your name, email address and order details for that purpose only.

Who sees it

The Xtrack team, and the courier, who receives your name, phone number and address to deliver your order. We don't sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records, including payment screenshots, are kept for as long as Egyptian tax and accounting law requires. Swim-tracker signups are kept until you ask us to remove them, or 12 months after it launches, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it, unless the law requires us to keep an order record.

Email [email protected] from the address you used. We'll reply within 30 days.

Analytics and cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without collecting personal data. The cookie notice has the details.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your details, we'll email you before it takes effect.
