These terms cover your use of this website and pre-orders placed through it. Delivery, returns and the warranty are covered in Shipping & returns.

About this site

This website is run by Xtrack, managed by TIA LLC, 102 Al-Iskandrani St., Moharam Bek, Alexandria, Egypt. It describes Xtrack and takes pre-orders for its first batch.

Product information

Specifications, features and images describe the product as it ships with the first batch; some images are illustrations made before final product photography. Delivery dates are estimates; the first deliveries start on 15 November 2026.

Pre-orders and prices

  • The first 50 orders cost 2,000 EGP including free shipping. After that, the price is 2,500 EGP plus 100 EGP shipping. Prices include VAT.
  • Your price is fixed when you place your order and is shown in your confirmation email.
  • An order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you by phone. If we cannot reach you, or cannot verify an InstaPay payment, we may cancel the order and refund anything paid.
  • One order is one Xtrack sensor. The first batch ships inside Egypt only.

Payment

You can pay by InstaPay transfer (first batch only) or cash on delivery. This website doesn't take card payments or store card details. If anyone asks you to pay through a link claiming to be Xtrack, check with us at [email protected] first.

Cancellations, returns and warranty

You can cancel for a full refund before your order ships. Returns within 14 days and the 6-month warranty are set out in Shipping & returns.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated orders or sign-ups, scraping, attempts to break or overload it, or false details in the forms.

Our content

The Xtrack name, logo, text, images and video on this site belong to Xtrack. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse the content without asking.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Xtrack isn't liable for losses from using the site. Nothing here limits the rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
